O'Neill CYLINDER
AN HYPOTHETICAL OPTIMIZATION
It's hypothetical optimization, representing a new concept of space colony or habitation O'Neill Cylinder. It's a Hypothetical design that rotates around planets with weak gravitational force like satellites matching the same habitat of the Earth in a large number of small scale living.
This concept proposed by American physicist Gerard K. O'Neill in his 1976 book The High Frontier: Human Colonies in Space. O'Neill proposed the colonization of space for the 21st century, using materials extracted from the Moon and later from asteroids.
An O'Neill Cylinder would consist of two counter-rotating cylinders. The Cylinder would rotate in opposite directions to cancel out any gyroscopic effects that would make it hard to keep them aimed toward the Sun. Each would be 8.0 km in diameter and 32 km long, connected at each end by a rod via a bearing system. They would rotate to provide artificial gravity via centrifugal force on their inner surfaces.
The Cylinders rotate to provide artificial gravity on their inner surface. At the radius described by O'Neill, the habitats will Rotate about twenty-eight times an hour to simulate a standard Earth gravity. Angular velocity of 2.8 degrees per second. Research on Human factors in rotating reference frames indicates that, at such low rotation speeds, few people would experience motion sickness due to Coriolis forces acting on the inner ear. People would, however, be able to detect spinward and antispinward directions by turning their heads, and any dropped items would appear to be a zero-gravity region, and it envisaged that the recreational facility can be located.
We considered it as important because we need to explore the universe on a large scale. Unfortunately, we have a short life span for people who have the intention to explore space can stay up here and pass their goal on generations and can send a piece of information over the expansion of the universe. As well as human evolution over the spatial region would grow up fixing these cylinders into different orbits and can positively change their lifestyle following nature.
We didn't mention it as a permanent visit for along travel or an evacuation of the planet we need people to stay with earth nature that what humans made for, saving our habitats with enlargement over the universe. As well as it's temporary colony visit for astronauts and space explorers who termed out for long space travel.

Interesting. The content is engaging too!
