I don’t know what the reason is behind this confusing Indian politics. I want to list some of the reasons for my confusing state. I shall give you the reasons one by one here. If you have definitions or answers for these doubts of me. Please reply to me.
Today I am confused with the fundamental rights of India. India's politicians make these fundamental rights of India as a thing, not for the common man to follow. If we follow and do such things as per in the constitution they are treated as a punishable offence. Let me continue with the left things from my last blog.
RIGHT AGAINST EXPLOITATION:
This right says that no individual or group of people should not exploit a weaker section of society. This right also expands that the rule of no child under the age of 14 should not work in factories, mines, and other hazardous jobs. This right also says that human trafficking is punishable. The article also explains that no labour should be forced to work and workers should provide proper remuneration.
But the politicians of all parties of till now are not making any strong move to save the people. If any person making any moves regarding this also was not supported by other political businessmen. Even the suggestions of the Mandal commission is not in proper effect due to the politics and the real needy people was not under the consideration of the government. The government always playing a safe role for the vote bank and not making the policies for the common man. The entrance exams are a classic example of suppressing the weaker section of society. Most people of the weaker section now only started to gain education as first-generation graduates in their families. These entrance exams are not even conducted for selecting the eligible ones. Most times the corruption comes into vital play and the seats are sold indirectly only to upper community people. This oppression over the weaker section was happening from long back itself. There are more riots had happened right from Mudukulathur to Ponparappi. Even a day before News was saying that a family is isolated by the surrounding members due to their harvest was high when comparing to the others. These Discriminations are still in our society and oppressing the weaker society.
CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS:
The Constitution guarantees every single citizen of India both rights to education and cultures. The Constitution also provides special measures, to protect the rights of the minorities. Any community that has a language and script of its own has the right to conserve and develop it.
The constitution says that everyone can have education but the government itself making schemes like National Educational Policy to restrict education for everyone. Education is becoming a sale product nowadays and the local persons of the national party are claiming that their government alone uplifted the ban of jallikattu and worked hard to return the cultural heritage back. But on the other hand literally, the person from their party was the one and the only reason behind the ban.
RIGHT TO CONSTITUTIONAL REMEDIES:
Right to constitutional remedies empowers the citizens to move to a court of law in case of any denial of the fundamental rights.
This right is very precious but only applicable to the person with the support of the ruling party. If a person complaints against the person against another person who speaks badly about our own national flag. The person who did the crime was supposed to treated like the criminal and have to be punished by the law. But here in our country, that criminal will not give proper apologies for his mistake. The Court also will give notice to the police not to arrest him due to that person belonging to the ruling party. Because The person belonging to the central government had a superpower to speak wrongly about the High Court in public. When comparing these the other crime will become negligible one. In current days many judgement of the court will be incorrect manner even to the common man view.
"It is by placating the sentiments of smaller communities and smaller people who are afraid that the majority may do wrong, that the British Parliament works. Sir, my friends tell me that I have made the Constitution. But I am quite prepared to say that I shall be the first person to burn it out. I do not want it. It does not suit anybody. But whatever that may be, if our people want to carry on, they must not forget that there are majorities and there are minorities, and they simply cannot ignore the minorities by saying, “Oh, no. To recognise you is to harm democracy.” I should say that the greatest harm will come by injuring the minorities."
The above is the statement of the father of the Indian Constitution. So, we have to open our ears, eyes and mouth now. To see what is really happening around us. To hear about the real facts of our nation. To speak against the mischiefs. The reality will be always far away from our imagination only. So, We have to come to the real live moment. Don't be a third person and wait for those shitty things to happen for you. Even we cannot change most of the things currently by speaking or knowing the things directly. But we can always have much pleasure and when we are doing the right things.
