I don’t know what is the reason behind this confusing Indian politics. I want to list some of the reasons for my confusing state. I will tell the reasons one by one here. If you have definitions or answers for these doubts of me. Please reply to me.
Today I have confused with Environmental Impact Assessment. We the people who supported banning Sterlite Copper company and Court gave the judgement to close the Factory. After the riots and shoot-out also, there is no proper justice has not prevailed for the issues. But the central Government has declared modifications in the Environment act and made a way that factories can easily open the factories and can modify or expand the existing plant within a minimum period without prior clearance also.
The central government also added. They will evaluate the industry during regular inspection after the factory become functional. We the people believe in "Prevention is better than Cure". but the act of the government making the proverb is not worthy. The current regulations for the starting industry are not so up to certain Standards when comparing to the Standards of the other bigger nations with a better industry environment. Now, these relaxations in the act will make the situation of India worse than the present.
The websites which tried to say these relaxations are wrong were blocked. The person from the ruling party is having the right to speak against the high court in the public. The government will never take action against the individual but the government itself gave them time to respond to our views about the act. But if we notice and propagate the wrong things in the public government will ban us. The right for the common man has a separate rule book. The rule book will bend for the rich people and this is our time to unite again and show our protest just through a single email against this act.
This Government has promised the citizens that they will bring back the black money and give 15 lakhs to every citizen and newly pronouncing that every family will have a house in upcoming years. These are just fancy statements to distract the thoughts of ourselves to the environment and making the Business man's dream come true and making them run their business with profit and filling their pockets. Their crimes extend by crushing the business of common man and agriculture and sometimes taking the lives of innocent people.
According to the law, the justice which is delayed is injustice. This is the time to show the government, the people will support only the good things, not the bad things done by the government. We can think about what will make a change but the supreme court itself gave the chance for giving our opinion about this law before becoming into power. The content for mailing against this act is available in online itself. we are wasting much time in online-only just spend the two minutes and stop this act and save the environment for the future. The past generation may fail in some aspect of saving the environment but now we have given a chance to save it.
