I don’t know what is the reason behind this confusing Indian politics. I want to list some of the reasons for my confusing state. I will tell the reasons one by one here. If you have definitions or answers for these doubts of me. Please reply to me.
Today’s doubt is not so complicated. I was very happy when hearing that news. The news is about the inter-religion marriage of Kerala chief minister’s daughter. After this huge news and now again a news hit me so badly. India is the country where the laws are so liberal and look like a sinking boat now a day. Because in India we can appeal the cases until we get justice. It's always good to review verdict again and again but getting justice is main at the end. And it's always good to review the verdict. It is like a basic right to citizens if the full truth is coming out as the output. Today, this case made me think the right is too wrong when the man who has to be punished getting escaped. The case was “Udumalai Shankar murder case”. These murder cases are given a tagline of honor killing which is supposed to be called as “DISHONOUR KILLING”
According to the records in India, there are 218 cases recorded. In this list of recorded cases, Uttar Pradesh is standing at the top of the list. We from Tamil Nadu proudly saying the land of Bharathiyar and Periyar with sociological thought was in the fourth place in that year. We the people who are saying nobody has the right to stop the life of the others. But when a person kills a person, the punishment should be severe. Then alone no one will have a dare to kill others. when having a close look at these cases, the person who attempting murder will be the parents or close relatives only. in other cases, the local politicians who involves in the caste and religion party will be the person acting in the shadow world for these cases. no parents having guts to kill their children. the children also the person who is having the equal share in most cases. because love may be a blind stuff which is not a predetermined activity. before getting married they have to inform their parents that they were actually in love. the parents also should tell the proper reasons for rejecting the love. but in many cases the caste politics make the children to speak this content to their parents in free.
The life of Shankar was gone. The judgment by the district court gave justice for his death but now high court making the different verdict. This verdict made the mastermind of this murder to escape by using nook and corner of the law. The western and south Tamil Nadu honor killing cases are high due to the people’s stupid belief over the caste in the modern era also. The caste is the thing which came for existence to distinguish the people by their family job during the reign of the monarch. But after these many years after independence, the people didn’t get the thought of caste is just a stupid stuff in existence to scale the poverty level and level of care given to them by the government due to the injustice for them in British raj by the local influenced peoples.
The victims of honor killing are Dalits mostly in India and other than that Christians and Muslims only most of them with disrespect of their gender. This country is secular state for namesake only. The injustice for the weak is always happening in this country.
This will stop when the people of our generation agrees the importance of lives of everyone. We the people who raised the voice for blacks in recent and we have to accept this injustice also happening around us.
